After 22 years, the founder of Tritech Oberflächentechnik GmbH has placed her company in new hands. On August 31, 2019, Brigitte John sold her company, which she had successfully built up and established on the market, to Eisen- & Stein Holding GmbH (part of the Horn & Co. Group) and transferred her shares, which she had previously held alone, to the two managing directors Argjend Kameraj and Dr. Lars Füchtjohann. Brigitte John sees the sale as a great opportunity for Tritech GmbH to offer a considerably more extensive range of analytical services. The Horn & Co. group is active in various business areas, e.g. steelworks services, recycling and analytics. Tritech Oberflächentechnik GmbH is now also part of the group and strengthens the area of analytics.
