UAS Automation Inc. from Auburn Hills in the US state of Michigan has been part of WMV Apparatebau GmbH since last year. This connection enables WMV, which is based in Windeck, North Rhine-Westphalia, to expand its presence on the US market and at the same time add further electroplating systems to its product portfolio.
UAS offers customized process solutions that provide synergies with WMV's product range. The machine manufacturer from Windeck acquired the US company due to the importance of the American market as well as its high quality and innovative strength. WMV can now offer the entire surface treatment process chain, from de-oiling, washing, rinsing and activation or tempering to passivation, coating and drying.
