The Fischerscope X-RAY XDAL 237 SDD, the powerful XRF device for applications in the field of thin and very thin films, will be presented. Visitors will gain an insight into the Fischerscope XAN Liquid Analyzer, the fully automated inline solution analysis for electroplating baths. For flexibility in coating thickness measurement, the handheld devices of the DMP series and the devices of the MP0 series are available. With the robust devices of the MMS Inspection series and the Sigmascope SMP350, measuring devices for materials testing will be on display.
