Denios SE, the specialist for hazardous substance storage and occupational safety, is expanding its portfolio with a new product family of drying and heating ovens that are also likely to be suitable for electroplating and research purposes. "Our new drying and heating cabinets (...) can be used flexibly in laboratories and other test environments," says Tobias Nick, responsible for the thermal technology division at Denios.
The special ovens ensure that certain materials are cured or heated, for example. "There are many possible applications," says Tobias Nick. "For example, adhesives that are dried for test purposes - or oils and greases that are melted. In our cabinets, you can see exactly how substances react to dryness and heat and how they can be processed afterwards." A temperature stress test or an accelerated ageing test can also be carried out in the ovens. The appliances are available with circulating air or free convection and ensure that the temperature inside the ovens is distributed absolutely evenly.
"Our drying and heating ovens can be ramped up to 300 degrees by the customer, allowing a wide variety of test situations to be carried out," explains Nick. "The special feature: Thanks to efficient insulation, our ovens consume up to 30% less energy than our competitors. This is an energy factor that should not be underestimated, especially in 24-hour continuous operation." "Pharmaceutical companies, chemical companies, research and development - there are many target groups for our Denios ovens so that their products can be improved and optimized," says Nick.
