It is an innovative concept with which the new Parts Finishing trade fair will be launched at Messe Karlsruhe from November 12 to 13, 2025. Adapted to the changing requirements of the manufacturing industry, it presents solutions for the various production steps of deburring, component cleaning and surface finishing under one roof. The duration of the trade fair of just two days and turnkey, customizable stand packages for exhibitors ensure reasonable, precisely calculable participation and ancillary costs.
The aim for both visitors and exhibitors at a trade fair is, in addition to providing information and presenting new products, to meet potential business partners in person, maintain and intensify current customer/supplier relationships and use the opportunity for networking and market monitoring.
The new concept of the Parts Finishing trade fair is therefore designed to enable exhibiting companies to achieve this goal with the lowest possible financial and personnel expenditure. This begins with the fact that the trade fair bundles solutions for deburring, component cleaning and surface finishing under one roof. The range of exhibits covers everything from systems, processes, tools and media to quality assurance and services - from stand-alone processes to interlinked production lines. Visitors and suppliers alike benefit from this combination of complementary production steps. Interested parties can find all processes and machines at just one trade fair and suppliers can present their entire product portfolio in an ideal interdisciplinary context. This should also simplify the establishment of strategic partnerships between exhibitors. On the other hand, visitors from production management, planning and control, product and process development, design and quality assurance can obtain a comprehensive overview of the state of the art, current developments and trends for company-specific optimization in each of the three process steps required for parts production very efficiently with just one visit to the trade fair.
Two-day trade fair concept brings high cost efficiency
In an economically challenging environment, it is important for manufacturing companies to present their capabilities to potential and existing business partners. At the same time, it is important to save costs and use existing budgets as efficiently as possible. Parts Finishing also aims to support this. On the one hand, the trade fair lasts just two days, which minimizes idle time for establishing and maintaining contacts and thus also the costs incurred for personnel and hotel. On the other hand, turnkey, customizable stand packages starting from an exhibition area of twelve square metres reduce costs before and during the trade fair. Even the basic version at a fixed price includes, in addition to the space rental, high-quality stand construction including basic furnishings, printing of the wall design provided by the exhibitor, electrical connection and power consumption as well as services that are billed separately at other trade fairs. The great advantage of this is that exhibitors can precisely calculate the costs of participating in the trade fair.
Added value knowledge transfer
The exhibitor presentations will be complemented by the knowledge transfer of the bilingual Parts Finishing Forum, which will be held on both days of the trade fair. Simultaneously translated (German - English), the presentations will focus on solutions for specific applications, current developments and trends from all three exhibition areas. Market trends and new technologies will be presented under the motto "The knowledgeable overtake the ignorant". The knowledge provided is intended to generate genuine approaches to co-creation, i.e. cooperation between companies and customers.
