This book attempts to clearly illustrate the problems involved in selecting thermal parameters for soldering processes and to offer solutions. The emphasis is less on ‘recipes’ and more on questioning and understanding the important interrelationships. One complicating factor is that the various soldering processes must be evaluated separately.
