On March 11, 2025, innovations in the field of embedded system technologies were honored with the 'embedded award 2025' as part of the embedded world 'Exhibition&Conference'. From around 130 submissions, 27 products were nominated for nine categories.
The winners included the heartKIT AI Development Kit from Ambiq in the 'Artificial Intelligence' category, the Cadence Base System Chiplet from Cadence Design Systems in the 'Hardware' category and the 8" Micro LED IRIS PHUD from Tianma in the 'Electronic Displays' category. In the 'Embedded Vision' category, the D500R WORM SD / D500R WORM microSD memory card from Team Group was honored, and in the 'Safety & Security' category the TROPIC01 from Tropic Square. The Trimension NCJ29D6: Ultra-Wideband IC from NXP Semiconductors won the 'SoC/IC/IP Design' category, while Driver came out on top in the 'Software' category. In the 'Start-up' category, the company Accelerat was honored with AI Bunker, and in the 'Tools' category the Catapult AI NN from Siemens EDA.
