Based on my experience as a long-time marketing and sales manager for a placement machine manufacturer, I knew that operating instructions and machine-related documents are always an issue. These documents are often collected in a Leitz folder and only need to be searched for when they are needed. So we worked with a machine manufacturer to develop a digital solution.
