Cleaning processes are a quality-determining and complex component of every product manufacturing chain. A large number of influencing factors during the production process, changes to process steps and aids as well as the introduction of new products and components can constantly lead to challenges in designing or ensuring the necessary cleaning results. In order to ensure process stability and thus product quality, experience-based solution concepts are usually used.
Complex supply chains and component cleaning by external service providers often place additional demands on the design of interfaces. As cleaning technology knowledge and skills cannot be acquired in a training occupation or degree course, there is usually a lack of qualified and comprehensive technology knowledge in the industrial environment. The aim of the seminar from April 2-4, 2025 in Dresden is therefore to impart basic knowledge and application-ready skills for planning cleaning processes and finding structured solutions to problems and cases of damage.
The training course will be organized by the Cleaning division of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. Experts from research and application impart up-to-date specialist knowledge in a compact format during the seminar. The target group are employees in the field of process engineering, specialists with responsibility for cleaning processes, quality officers as well as production and product engineers.
