Denios AG, founded in 1986 by CEO Helmut Dennig, has completed its conversion to an SE. With the entry in the commercial register, the conversion into a Societas Europaea (SE) officially took place at the end of 2021.
The legal form of an SE forms the foundation for international, market-oriented and future-proof development and underlines a long-term, sustainable growth strategy.
Since its foundation, Denios has developed into an important group of companies in the storage of hazardous substances and workplace safety. Today, almost 1000 employees work for the company in 25 subsidiaries and sales locations. With a turnover of 200 million euros, Denios has broken a target in 2021.
