At the joint ZVO stand, FST Drytec GmbH will once again be presenting the pioneering "Jetblade" blow-off system, which dries quickly and efficiently without compressed air and is fully integrated into the housing.
The "Jetblade" system reduces a large part of the adhesive water load by blowing off the components as they enter the dryer. The dryer from FST Drytec does not require the energy-intensive use of compressed air or air from side channel compressors.
This creates ideal starting conditions for the subsequent convection drying process, making the FST Drytec system unbeatable in terms of time compared to other drying concepts. In some cases, time advantages of up to 75 percent are generated compared to exclusive convection drying.
