In the second half of 2025, the Fresenius Environmental Academy is offering various events, including state-recognized training courses for immission control, hazardous incident, waste and water protection officers. The courses are designed for special company officers:
September 15, 2025: WHG and AwSV for practitioners: by participating in this online training course, you will renew your advanced training for water protection officers in accordance with Sections 64 - 66 WHG. You will learn how to implement the numerous legal requirements in accordance with WHG and AwSV, including the amended TRwS 779, in a sensible and legally compliant manner in everyday operations.
September 1 and 24, 2025: Practical forum for environmental officers, Dortmund: Immission control, accident and water protection officers can bring themselves up to date with the latest legal requirements over 2 days. The conference is nationally recognized as an advanced training event for immission control and hazardous incident officers in accordance with the 5th BimSchV.
October 27 and 28, 2025: Immission control law up to date, Dortmund: 2025 brought stricter environmental standards for industrial plants with the IED 2.0. At the same time, the BREFs will be revised to redefine emission limits and resource efficiency. The event will provide you with the tools to effectively deal with the latest developments in immission control law.
November 10, 2025: Current and practical information on immission control and hazardous incidents law, online course: In this online seminar, speakers will provide compact and up-to-date information on innovations in immission control and hazardous incidents law at European and national level. This seminar fulfills the requirements for further training for immission control and hazardous incident officers.
November 20 and 21: Chemicals law, REACH and CLP, Düsseldorf: The event is aimed at managers from registration, product safety and quality, toxicology, law and regulatory affairs.
4 and 5 December 2025: Accelerating approval procedures, Düsseldorf: Fast administrative, planning and approval procedures are essential in order to modernize Germany quickly. The course provides an overview of current developments and acceleration through digitalization and AI in the approval process.
