After the pandemic-related trade fair dry spell of recent years, Munk GmbH is now looking forward to the next Surface trade fair in Stuttgart in June 2022. Munk GmbH will once again be represented there with very interesting innovations. This year, we will be presenting a mix of new products.
MATS 1200In addition tothe modular rectifier generation type Gamma L3+, Munk GmbH will also be presenting the completely new process controller and control unit series 1200 for the first time.
The Gamma L3+ is based on a completely new electronic design. A significant outstanding feature is the incredibly high efficiency of 94 %! This means that the new Gamma L3+ exceeds the previous market standard, minimizes energy costs for the customer, thus also significantly reducing CO2 and opening the door to upcoming, eligible investments. In this context, the Munk stand personnel will be offering not only technical expertise, but also expert energy advice at Surface in Stuttgart. The focus will also be on the new MATS 1200 combination control system, which includes the proven current density qualities for aluminium anodizing and also bundles the proven hard anodizing requirements under one "roof". This provides the group of users with a combination system for decorative and technical aluminum with a highly flexible process control system.
Another application variant from the 1200 control family is the new KTL 1200. Whether for cathaphoretic (KTL) or anaphoretic (ATL) applications, the KTL 1200 guarantees pragmatic handling, including the proven current density control for all Munk devices as well as third-party products.
With this broad spectrum of product diversity, Munk GmbH is once again setting new standards. The combination of expert advice on power supplies and control systems and the wide range of process knowledge are the guarantee for solidity, trust and success.
