SurfaceTechnology Germany 2022 - The whole world of coating technologies

From June 21 to 23, trade visitors to Surface Technology Germany will get a comprehensive overview of the latest topics and trends in coating technologies. With themed clusters, joint stands and an exciting supporting program, the international trade fair for surface technology offers product innovations, solutions and space for networking.

"We offer the surface technology industry a platform where the entire industry spectrum is presented in a compact and clear way," says Hendrik Engelking, Global Director at Deutsche Messe AG. The focus of this year's Surface Technology Germany is on climate and environmentally friendly processes, resource efficiency and sustainability. The exhibition topics include electroplating technology, blasting technology, nano and micro technology, thermal spraying, industrial plasma and laser surface technology, coating materials, surface treatment, environmental protection and supply technology, services, pre-treatment, cleaning as well as measuring, testing and analysis technology.

ZVO joint stand showcases the diversity of the electroplating industry

An important part of Surface Technology Germany is the joint stand of the German Surface Technology Association (ZVO) in Hall 1, Stand C33. The exhibitors will provide an insight into the diversity and performance of the electroplating and surface technology process chain and present it as a cross-sectional technology. They will present their entire processes within the industrial value chain in an impressive way.

The diversity and performance of surface technology will be illustrated in the showcase of the contract coating sector. In the special area "Process chain surface technology", customers from all production areas of the industry can obtain information from the industry experts. The focus is on the presentation of various surface properties and coatings, which demonstrate the advantages in a wide range of applications.

Another highlight is the job wall of the job portal fachjob24.de in cooperation with Deutsche Messe AG. The offer is aimed at exhibitors and non-exhibitors based in Germany. They can search for qualified specialist staff directly on site at the job wall. In return, job applicants can obtain information directly from local companies at SurfaceTechnology Germany.

Expert forum as a knowledge platform and source of inspiration

The bilingual specialist forum is a must-attend event for every trade visitor. It focuses on the current state of research in the field of surface treatment as well as future developments. Questions such as "What's new in the area of supply chain law and technical regulation?" or "What new coating technologies are available and how do they reduce the company'sCO2 footprint?" will be addressed. Experts from leading companies and renowned scientists from research institutions will discuss and provide information on these topics.

LASYS, CastForge and Automotives Shows run in parallel

Exhibitors and visitors to SurfaceTechnology Germany will benefit from the events taking place at the same time: LASYS, International Trade Fair for Laser Material Processing in Hall 4, CastForge, Trade Fair for Castings and Forgings with Machining in Halls 3 and 5, Automotive Testing Expo in Halls 8 and 10 and Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo in Hall 6. Anyone with a ticket for one of these trade fairs may visit all of them.
