Process innovations in industry have a particularly lasting effect when they help plant operators to reduce existing work steps and thus simplify the entire production process.
The usual process of applying liquids to solid media takes place in two successive steps: The applicator - usually brush hairs, foam or felt surfaces - is first dipped into the liquid to be applied, absorbs it and then applies it to the solid surface in a second step. With the help of the flow-through system, also realized by BZ Pinsel Entwicklungs- und Herstellungs GmbH, both steps were combined in one process. The liquid is fed to the respective applicator from a closed container via a dosing device and finally via a hole. The dosing device controls the flow rate depending on the application quantity.
