Barbro Mazurczak, owner and partner of Mazurczak GmbH, passed away on January 26, 2025 at the age of 89 after a serious illness.
After completing her business studies, she worked in the company together with her husband, Gerhard Mazurczak, and was responsible for advertising. After the death of her husband in 1995, she took over responsibility for Mazurczak GmbH as the owner and has driven the company's development as a partner ever since. Even at the advanced age of 80, Barbro Mazurczak invested over 1 million euros in the construction of a new production building in order to be able to produce the completely new Synotherm heat exchanger product range. Without her efforts, courage and entrepreneurial drive, the company would not be where it is today.
