Product of the month - Flexible silver conductive adhesive

The electrically conductive epoxy resin-based silver conductive adhesive Elecolit 3647 from Panacol is particularly suitable for contacting temperature-sensitive films or flex PCBs. The one-component conductive adhesive filled with silver particles adheres very well to plastics such as PC, PVC, PI, ABS or FR4. Its high flexibility and peel strength in the cured state enable it to be used in applications that are subject to vibrations, oscillations or rapid temperature changes.

It is therefore particularly suitable for die-attach applications of small semiconductor chips or for contacting on flexible films and printed circuit boards. These applications are used, for example, in printed and in-molded electronics, in wearables or for contacting semiconductors in general.

A major advantage of Elecolit 3647 is its very easy handling: the adhesive only needs to be stored refrigerated - but not deep-frozen. The one-component adhesive is dispensed easily, and the adhesive cures within minutes at temperatures as low as 100°C. This enables the contacting and fixing of semiconductors in a single step with a short and low energy input.
