To facilitate the maintenance and servicing of wave soldering modules, Eutect offers a versatile service trolley designed for use directly on the machine. Each service trolley is tailored to the customer's modules.
In order to be able to service the IW1 and 2 mini wave modules on the service trolley, a nozzle holder has been integrated, which makes cleaning and maintaining the solder nozzle very easy. After removing the module from the machine, it can be placed on the service trolley. Thanks to the ideal trolley height, the fixed module can be serviced directly on site. In addition to the complete module, individual parts such as the nozzles can also be serviced on the maintenance surface. All the necessary tools and cleaning media are stored in six drawers below the maintenance surface.
In addition to maintenance, minor repairs and removal work can also be carried out if the employee has been trained to do so. For this purpose, the service trolley is equipped with a variety of tools and cleaning media ex works, which can be reordered via Eutect's new online store when they are worn or used up.
Eutect offers Level 1 training for customer employees. This ensures that production employees can easily carry out basic maintenance in accordance with Eutect's specifications.
