This ensures that the stencils are free of dust and chemical production treatment residues. This applies to the BASIC PLUS product line as well as to the ADVANCED and PERFORMANCE product lines, which are electro-polished or nano-coated for finely structured assemblies. Photocad works with high-quality silicon nano for nano-coating. It is much more durable and environmentally friendly than polymer or silicone. All chemical contamination is completely removed by the washing machine with horizontal nylon cleaning brush rollers. Photocad stencils are therefore absolutely skin-neutral, germ-free and therefore also offer appropriate protection against SARS-CoV2.
