2. How to place an order with us

Products and offers in the online shop can be viewed in more detail without obligation by clicking on the product name or product image. By clicking on the [Add to basket] button, the selection is placed in the basket. The contents of the basket are displayed without obligation by clicking on the [VIEW BASKET] button. Products can be deleted from the basket by clicking on the [x] ‘Remove product from shopping basket’ or by changing the quantity. The customer must then confirm the change by clicking on the button [ ] ‘Update quantity in shopping basket’. The customer must then select the desired payment method and confirm the terms and conditions of LEUZE VERLAG.

If the customer wishes to order the products in the shopping basket, they must then click on the [Proceed to checkout] button on the ‘Shopping basket’ page. The customer can log in to their existing customer account, open a new customer account when making their first purchase, or continue shopping as a guest without registering. For certain offers, e.g. magazine subscriptions, a customer account must be opened if the offer includes certain online content that is located in the password-protected area of the online shop.

In the final step, the customer receives an overview of their order details and can check and change all information again. Address details can be adjusted using the [ENTER/EDIT ADDRESS] button. Products can be deleted from the shopping basket by clicking on the [x] ‘Delete product from shopping basket’ icon or changed by modifying the quantity. The change must then be confirmed by clicking on the button [ ] ‘Update quantity in shopping basket’.

Input errors can also be corrected by the customer by navigating backwards in the browser or by cancelling the order process.

To complete the purchase, the button [ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY] must be clicked at the end. This sends the order to LEUZE VERLAG.

3. Conclusion of contract in our online shop

Offers in the LEUZE VERLAG online shop are non-binding and do not constitute legally binding offers.

Only the order placed by the customer is a binding offer in accordance with § 145 of the German Civil Code (BGB), which LEUZE VERLAG can accept. After the customer has submitted the order, LEUZE VERLAG will send an order confirmation and then a contract confirmation by email. The contract only becomes binding upon delivery of the contract confirmation.

4. Subscription to magazines

4.1 By ordering a subscription, the customer receives continuous delivery of the relevant magazine for the agreed period, which is specified on the respective product page, until cancellation. The information on the relevant product on the respective product detail page is decisive for the subscription period or the agreed cancellation period of a subscription.

4.2 Magazine subscriptions can be cancelled by the customer in writing, by fax or in text form (e.g. also by email). 5. We store the contract text

We store your order and the order data you have entered. We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail and then a contract confirmation with all order data, including the contract text. You also have the option of printing out both the order and the General Terms and Conditions before sending the order to us. Finally, you can access your orders at any time via your customer account, if you have created one.
