Hamburg-based organizer Fleet Events is drawing the necessary conclusions from yesterday's decision by the Vorarlberg state government. With the unique digital live event platform W3+@xircus, the W3+ Fair will now be launched in November as a genuine digital alternative.
The high-tech trade fair W3+ Fair Rheintal, which was planned for September 23 + 24 in the Messequartier Dornbirn as a face-to-face event, has been canceled.

The decision by the Vorarlberg state government on September 15 has now put a stop to these efforts. The state governor had declared the districts of Dornbirn, Hohenems and Lustenau an "orange zone" due to rising infection figures. This means that a total of only 250 people are now permitted at a trade fair. With these restrictions, it is not possible to hold a trade fair with a congress. Due to the official requirements, Fleet Events has now canceled the high-tech trade fair and the accompanying N-Tec Talks congress.
New opportunity for the cross-industry community in November
In addition to the trade fair preparations, which are now focusing on Wetzlar in February 2021, Fleet Events has been working intensively on new digital concepts in recent months. The result is the unique digital live event platform xircus. The special thing about xircus: the platform enables a live event with parallel events. It also offers a wide range of contact opportunities, interaction and entertainment. For exhibitors at the W3+ Fair Rheintal 2020 and other interested companies, the new W3+@xircus in November will provide an interesting digital alternative to the unusual face-to-face event.
