At the ZESTRON Academy training course on October 29, participants will have the opportunity to gain an overview of the latest developments in connection technology for power electronics.
Experts from the industry will speak about the current opportunities and limitations in the production of power modules. In addition to analysis methods for surface qualification, participants will learn about the special requirements for substrate materials and the latest developments in the areas of soldering, sintering and potting.
In the practical part, participants will be able to apply what they have learned themselves and receive tips and assistance for putting it into practice.
