Factronix and Zestron Europe have agreed on a project-oriented cooperation for the distribution of cleaning media for electronics production. The cooperation extends the long-standing business relationship. The sales cooperation includes pH-neutral, aqueous and water-based cleaning media from Zestron. Factronix offers these in combination with cleaning systems from PBT Works in Germany - the system partner from Wörthsee near Munich has already had the Czech manufacturer's systems in its portfolio for some time.
The Hyperswash, Superswash and Compaclean spray cleaning systems are used for cleaning assemblies - in combination with the Vigon A201 and Vigon N600 cleaning solutions suitable for this purpose. The Vigon SC 200 and Hydron SC 300 cleaning media are designed for cleaning printing stencils, for which the fully automatic Miniswash cleaning system is designed. In addition, Factronix can also offer a solution for manual cleaning with Vigon EFM. Adam Meinert, Sales Director Europe at Zestron Europe, explains the intensified cooperation as supporting the needs of the industry: "Electronics manufacturers need to make their production processes ever more efficient and at the same time guarantee the high reliability of their electronic assemblies."
