Osiris International, based in Singen, Germany, and Notion Systems, based in Schwetzingen, Germany, announce their merger. The strategic move combines automation and photolithographic process systems with industrial inkjet printing technology for semiconductor and microsystem manufacturing.
The two companies have already enjoyed a successful partnership since 2020, taking advantage of the high synergies. The newly formed company will integrate Osiris' automation systems and pre- and post-processing capabilities with Notion Systems' modular inkjet platform solutions. The integration will provide customers with even greater flexibility, throughput and process control for a wide range of applications. The company name will remain 'Notion Systems'.
