At the beginning of June 2024, the management of the PCB manufacturer ILFA, headquartered in Hanover, was expanded and reorganized around Managing Director and CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Thomas Michels.
Athanasios Kallinis takes over the technical division as CTO (Chief Technical Officer). Robert Loboja heads up sales activities as CSO (Chief Sales Officer) and is responsible for the commercial area together with Martin Soethe and Sandra Passeyer. Sandra Passeyer is also responsible for operations as COO (Chief Operation Officer). Martin Soethe will head up ILFA's HR department as CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer).
