The ALBA PCB Group, a PCB manufacturer with production facilities in Europe and Asia, headquartered in Mogliano Veneto, Italy, acquires WM Eltar. The Polish company, based in Tarnowskie Góry near Katowice, specializes in the production of single and double-sided as well as aluminium and flex printed circuit boards. With the acquisition of WM Eltar, ALBA PCB intends to further expand its European presence.

According to Alberto Bacchin, CEO of Alba PCB, both companies agree that the benefits of the merger lie in the synergy of corporate values with European production. The management by experienced professionals makes it possible to "ensure a stable and competitive presence on the local and international market." Dorota Łozowska, CEO of WM Eltar, was convinced that joining the ALBA PCB Group would enable her company to significantly expand its position on the Polish market.

As a PCB manufacturer, ALBA PCB offers customers a wide range of services, including research, development and technical support at its production sites, combined with logistics management.
