The ICAPE Group has announced the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Princitec. Since 2004, the PCB distributor based near Düsseldorf has been offering the full range of technical services related to the distribution of printed circuit boards.
Thanks to a network of eleven distributors in Asia and Europe, the company is able to meet the needs of a wide range of industries within short deadlines, especially thanks to its broad product range. With a base of 35 customers, mainly located in Germany, PRINCITEC generated a turnover of € 6.5 million in 2022 with a gross margin of around 25.5%.
With this operation, the ICAPE Group is tapping into synergy potential while continuing to diversify its procurement. This will strengthen the Group's logistical capacity to deliver on time anywhere in the world and at low cost. Following the acquisition of HLT announced at the end of May 2023, this new acquisition also strengthens the company's position in the German market, the leading PCB market in Europe.
