On July 16, 2021, the Local Court of Kiel opened preliminary insolvency proceedings under file no. 25 IN 91/21 and appointed attorney Reinhold Schmid-Sperber as insolvency administrator. Operations are currently being continued. In order to maintain the chances of restructuring, Brockstedt intends to continue working with customers for the time being.
