Precoplat Präzisions-Leiterplatten-Technik, based in Krefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, has undergone a strategic realignment: With effect from August 01, 2025, Micro Circuit Technology (MicroCirtec) has been dissolved as an independent company and has merged with Precoplat.
All business relationships, rights and obligations have been transferred in full to Precoplat. This step, which at first glance appears to be purely formal, is intended to ensure greater efficiency and improved performance for customers and partners. Consulting, processes and resources will be even more closely interlinked and united under one roof.
According to Andreas Brüggen, Managing Director of Precoplat, the company is pursuing the goal of providing its customers with even better and more targeted advice. Katharina Völker, also Managing Director, also emphasizes the advantages: "Together with our dedicated team, we want to ensure our high quality standards and at the same time be able to react flexibly to new requirements."
The merger will not result in any changes for MicroCirtec's business partners and customers in terms of day-to-day business. The customer numbers will also remain the same to ensure consistent documentation.
