Since January 1, 2020, Swen Klöden has been a member of the company's top management alongside CEO Margret Gleiniger, holding the position of 'Technical Director'.
Klöden (48) started his career at the PCB manufacturer in 2018. With lean teams, process orientation in the plant organization, flow principles and 5S, he has put the plant on a new footing in 18 months as plant manager and process expert.
He holds a degree in business administration (FH) and specializes in logistics and production management. He has 17 years of experience as a technical manager and 21 years of experience in the automotive supply industry. -vk-
