10 years Heimerle + Meule Group

Ten years ago, in May 2013, a success story began with the acquisition of the Cookson Precious Metals division by Heimerle + Meule GmbH. This strategic move marked the birth of the Heimerle + Meule Group. Since then, the Group has continuously developed into an important and one of the largest European precious metals processors.

The Group now employs more than 1,300 people at sites in seven European countries. There have also been strategic acquisitions since 2013: Weston Beamor Holdings Limited was added in 2018 and The Commonwealth Mint in 2022. The Heimerle + Meule Group currently consists of Heimerle + Meule GmbH as the German parent company, supplemented by a branch in Austria. Subsidiaries such as Cooksongold, Weston Beamor, Gecko Jewellery, The Commonwealth Mint and Techgrave in the UK, Cookson-CLAL in France, Drijfhout in the Netherlands, Koutadly in Portugal and SEMPSA JP in Spain expand the Group's international network, which together offers a wide range of products and services in the global precious metals sector.

The Heimerle + Meule Group pursues a cooperative approach in which independently operating companies within the Group utilize their individual strengths and fully exploit their synergies as a group, benefiting and learning from each other.
