The microone micromachining center forms the core; sister tools and peripheral equipment make it a complete package for high-precision machining of very small parts.
It is more than just a classic machining center: With the microone micromachining center from ZORN Maschinenbau in Stockach, the built-in high-performance spindle can be replaced by additional modules. Equipped with laser optics, a camera or a dosing unit, for example, the micro machining center can carry out additional production steps: Laser welding, labeling, gluing or other dosing and inspection tasks.
Innovative tool holders are a further advantage in machining. This provides an alternative to direct clamping of tools. These collet holders are particularly useful, for example, when using numerous micro drills and thus improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the machining center.
Additional gripping devices on the worktable ensure greater flexibility in production. Interchangeable collet chucks, zero-point clamping systems or a pneumatic clamping gripper cover the usual clamping methods. They are individually tailored to the removal and placement of a wide variety of workpieces in and out of the machine. And: The machining center can be equipped with special clamping systems for holding the smallest workpieces.
To enable automated production, there are also automated feeding devices for a wide range of raw materials and preliminary products: Conventional bulk material feeders, bar feeders for short bars as well as optical systems, pallets and magazine lifts.
