The company was established over 50 years ago and is based in Tamworth, Staffordshire. It supplies high-quality additives, minerals and catalysts to a wide range of markets in the UK and Ireland and generated sales of around £30 million (approx. €35 million) in 2023. Financial details of the acquisition will not be disclosed.
