From 28 to 30 March 2023, the coatings world will once again meet at the European Coatings Show at the Exhibition Center Nuremberg. Finally, the trade fair will once again become a platform for industry participants for whom making new business contacts, personal encounters and networking are irreplaceable. Whether coatings, printing inks, laboratory, production, testing or measuring technology, adhesives or construction chemical materials - trade visitors can look forward to specialist suppliers from all over the world and a very extensive range of products. With over 140 presentations on March 27 and 28, the partly parallel European Coatings Show Conference offers space for intensive knowledge transfer. Pre-conference tutorials will prepare participants for the conference.
The European Coatings Show occupies a total of eight exhibition halls, six of which are dedicated exclusively to coating raw materials, printing ink raw materials, adhesive raw materials, construction chemical precursors and related services. Hall 4 is all about laboratory and production technology, testing and measuring technology, application technology as well as environmental protection and occupational safety. Hall 4 A combines all product segments.
The European Coatings Show Conference is the meeting place for the coatings industry and presents forward-looking trends. The best of the best find out about the latest formulations, processes and plant technologies and benefit from exchanging experiences with colleagues. At the European Coatings Show Conference 2023, there will be plenty of knowledge input on the key topics of raw material shortages and rising raw material prices. One session will be dedicated to the results of a major EU-funded international research collaboration. The Decoat project is developing a solution to enable the use of textiles and plastic parts with (multi-layer) coatings based on the closed-loop principle.
Top speakers will also offer an interesting insight into a wide range of topics in 2023. Wijnand Bruinsma, Akzo Nobel, will kick off the keynote with the topic: "The role of paints and coatings in a sustainable future."
The nine pre-conference tutorials on Sunday, March 26 - led by renowned experts - will quickly bring newcomers up to speed with the latest technology and provide good preparation for active participation on the following conference days.
