Following the successful launch at Blechexpo / Schweisstec, the VacuFil compact is now being launched on the market. Sales of the high-vacuum extraction unit start immediately. KEMPER thus offers a mobile torch extraction unit at an attractive price for professional welders. All common extraction torches are compatible with the mobile unit. With the optional extraction power regulation, performance automatically remains at the required level.
"The more compact, the better for the welder," says Björn Kemper, CEO of KEMPER GmbH. "With our new high-vacuum extraction unit, we are closing a gap in our VacuFil family in the entry-level price segment." Although VacuFil compact is the most affordable model in the VacuFil series, its features make it ideal for professional welding.
Device separates more than 99.9 percent of the captured particles
With a minimal footprint of just 60 x 60 cm, the VacuFil compact packs a punch: the integrated storage filter separates more than 99.9 percent of ultra-fine welding fume particles. Users can use the device not only with storage filters, but also with cleanable filters. Depending on the equipment, an extraction capacity of up to 190m3/h is possible. Because the cartridge is mounted vertically, cleaning is particularly effective,
Welders can continuously adjust the optimum output based on the torch manufacturer's specifications using one-button operation - even when wearing protective gloves. The device also has a USB type A charging socket for conveniently charging a smartphone, for example. The integrated side channel blower ensures a permanently high suction power. To keep it constantly at the specified level, KEMPER offers the option of automatic extraction power regulation. This is permanently monitored and keeps the air volume flow constant even with increasing filter saturation.
On the safe side with VacuFil compact
"Anyone who wants to use torch extraction is on the safe side with the VacuFil compact," emphasizes Kemper. This is not only due to the equipment details. The mobile device is also compatible with all standard extraction torches. KEMPER has determined the relevant extraction parameters for various torch types using its own tests in line with international DIN standards and therefore has the necessary expertise in all aspects of extraction performance.
Thanks to its compact design, the device can also be easily moved to different workplaces. Additional features such as an automatic start/stop function, tool tray with cup holder, various suction hoses and slot and funnel nozzles round off the device.
