WMV, a supplier of electroplating systems, introduced a new management team at the beginning of September. In future, it will no longer be department-driven, but interdisciplinary and networked - both internally and externally.
WMV has now been in existence for over 50 years. In addition to coating and electroplating systems, the company offers solutions for racks and cleaning systems. Within the new management team, responsibility is to be distributed so that strategic issues can be worked on together. This process is not yet complete, but will continue - also as part of the strategic transformation.
Martin and Barbro Müller form the core of the management team. The transformation process is focused on the further development of the company in order to remain innovative and fit for the future, they say.
