Professional extraction unit at an entry-level price

Welding fume extraction without tracking, always directly at the torch and with optimum performance: this is made possible by the new VacuFil compact from KEMPER. Just in time for Blechexpo / Schweisstec 2021, the extraction technology specialist is presenting its new addition to the VacuFil family. KEMPER is thus closing a gap in the entry-level price segment of high-vacuum extraction and at the same time offering professional quality with various additional functions. Once set for the welding torch, the device permanently achieves optimum extraction performance. VacuFil compact meets the new W3 certification requirements for high-vacuum devices.

Torch-integrated technology is also becoming increasingly popular with welders due to the automatic tracking of the extraction system during the welding process. Torch manufacturers are expanding their portfolio with new extraction torches. The technical specifications for the quality and functionality have also recently been updated. "Torch extraction is the trend topic of the year," emphasizes Björn Kemper, CEO of KEMPER GmbH. "With our innovative extraction technology, we are meeting a growing need for all requirement profiles on the market."

Effective protection against large quantities of welding fumes

With this in mind, KEMPER is expanding its VacuFil portfolio and will be presenting the new, very handy VacuFil compact high vacuum system at Blechexpo. The mobile suction unit is suitable for use in professional welding. At an attractive price level, it offers all the functions required for industrial use.

The seven square meter filter cartridge with a separation efficiency of more than 99.9 percent effectively protects welders against the finest particles in welding fumes. Because the filter is mounted vertically in the device, the hazardous substances are cleaned particularly efficiently. VacuFil compact is available in various performance classes and also with a storage filter. With both a cleanable and a storage filter, the device achieves a maximum extraction capacity of 160 or 190 cubic meters of air per hour, depending on the motor power.
