QUBUS Planung und Beratung Oberflächentechnik GmbH, a service provider for surface technology, is opening a second location in Germany in Lippstadt / NRW.
The increased demand for QUBUS services in the region has prompted the medium-sized engineering service provider to take this step. Andreas Mühle, Managing Director and shareholder of the newly founded QUBUS Planung und Beratung Oberflächentechnik Nord GmbH, will take over the management.
"NRW is an ideal location for us. Many of our most important customers in central and northern Germany are easy to reach from there and numerous headquarters of our international customers are also close by," says Mühle, who is initially focusing on plant and factory planning as well as the areas of occupational safety, environmental protection and approval procedures.
QUBUS Planung und Beratung Oberflächentechnik Nord GmbH is also focusing on process optimization in electroplating and painting technology. QUBUS Planung und Beratung Oberflächentechnik Nord GmbH can offer independent support, particularly in the transformation from chromium VI to chromium III-containing chromium plating processes, especially in process selection, official approval and the planning and implementation of necessary plant conversions.
The new location also has a strong network of experts and an independent, accredited test laboratory at its side thanks to the corporate alliance with the IFO Institut für Oberflächentechnik GmbH in Schwäbisch Gmünd. This means that, among other things, corrosion tests, coating thickness measurements and color shade determinations can be offered to support process optimization or approval processes.
The neutral external view of energy efficiency, quality assurance, optimization of logistics, warehousing and production processes as well as the substitution of REACH-relevant processes are among the company's core competencies.
The engineering service provider, based in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Hangzhou / China and now also in Lippstadt, has been the contact for supplier-independent consulting and a pragmatic view of operational processes since 1995.
