The range includes an extensive range of hollow copper profile, graphite and pin electrodes in various qualities and dimensions, which are available in variable lengths, materials and seals to meet different requirements. Udo Plante GmbH offers three performance classes for electrodes: Standard Performance 1CE, Advanced Performance 2CE and High Performance 3CE. These electrodes are made of oxygenated, deoxidized or oxygen-free copper and thus offer different conductivities. Customers can also choose from a variety of seals for hollow copper electrodes, including push-on reusable NB (nitrile butadiene) rubber seals or adhesive polyurethane seals.
The company also manufactures pin electrodes for EDT systems from Herkules and Sarclad with a transparent protective coating that can be made visible under UV light. These electrodes are made of specially modified alloys with narrow analysis tolerances. ln electrode development, the EDT system manufacturer H. Kleinknecht & Co.
