Umicore has been honored in Schwäbisch Gmünd by the Chemical Employers' Association as a "Training Company in the Chemical Industry". For its above-average commitment to training, the company was also awarded the seal "For special training achievements".
Umicore trains surface coaters, chemical technicians, chemical production specialists and industrial clerks. Umicore Galvanotechnik GmbH in Schwäbisch Gmünd is part of the Metal Deposition Solutions division of the Umicore Group.
The company develops, produces and sells over 1,200 products for electroplating surface finishing worldwide.
