The large WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) ensures perfect inspection and recording results, especially when viewing and assessing highly reflective objects, such as electropolished surfaces or solder joints, as well as objects where details are often lost due to shadows or low contrast, such as black or transparent plastic and ceramics.
According to the manufacturer, the imaging solution is ideal for demanding inspection routines. The intuitive digital microscope delivers high-resolution video images. The wide dynamic range and a magnification of up to 330x ensure consistent image capture and further processing. Errors and problems on parts, components and samples, such as missing or incorrectly positioned components, production or processing errors, preparation or manipulation inconsistencies, etc., quickly catch the eye of the inspection personnel.
The system is available in a console or PC version. The version with console control delivers the live images without any delay via the direct HDMI connection to the monitor as a stand-alone device for pure video inspection applications.

The PC version expands the digital microscope into a complete imaging tool with integrated image acquisition, measurement and image processing tools. The control over camera parameters and the intuitive user interface enable the user to work consistently and focused in the daily routine.
