In its online store, the Swabian special machine manufacturer Eutect also offers its own portfolio of consumables - including the Eutimol cleaning agent series developed in collaboration with Emil Otto. It comprises four cleaning agents that have proven to be reliable for soldering systems or the removal of solder residues or dispensing agents from masks and painting frames.
Special cleaners for soldering systems from Eutect and other manufacturers: Eutimol PC 50 RAAThewater-based alkaline cleaners efficiently remove flux residues and outgassing from printed circuit boards from Eutect selective soldering systems. They can also be used in convection and vapor phase soldering systems. The foaming formulation achieves a very good cleaning effect. The cleaning media are sprayed on at room temperature and wiped off after a few minutes. Due to the innovative formulation, no cleaning residues remain when soldering temperatures >200 °C are reached.
The cleaners Eutimol SEM 9 RAA and SEM 12 RAA are intended for manual use. Eutimol PC 50 RAA is intended for automatic cleaning. It is filled into the automatic cleaning system ready for use or diluted 1:1 with DI water at room temperature. Cleaning at an elevated temperature of 40 to 45 °C accelerates the cleaning effect. A temperature of at least 45 °C is recommended for cleaning solder frames. PC 50 RAA is also available as a concentrate.
