Today's development cycle is laborious: developers analyze and define the project, gather information about the components and requirements, design the hardware, develop the software, test and repeat the steps until the product is ready for the market. With the new Quick-Connect Studio, developers can now create hardware and software simultaneously. This is a milestone in the industry. Quick-Connect Studio makes it possible to develop software immediately and to quickly reconfigure and test product ideas. This leads to enormous time savings. Building blocks and subsystems can be dragged and dropped into the cloud graphically to implement your own solutions. The software is based on Quick-Connect IoT. This is a platform with standardized hardware that has industry-standard interfaces such as PMOD Arduino and MIKROE. Thanks to the standard connections, developers can seamlessly connect and combine MCUs, MPUs, sensors and connectivity boards. In the future, the applications can be extended and expanded beyond Renesas with various partners such as large cloud providers, service integrators and leading companies in the open source community.
