The CEC Training Award recognizes companies related to technical cleanliness that stand out through innovative training programs, new teaching methods and additional support for young talent. The award is a recognition for companies related to technical cleanliness that make a sustainable contribution to the development of skilled workers in Germany with their training programs. The winner of this year's Cleaning Excellence Center (CEC) training award has recently been announced. After intensive discussions and careful consideration of the wide range of applications by the jury committee, the two companies Caramba Chemie GmbH & Co KG and KEK GmbH both took first place and were chosen as the winners of the CEC Training Award 2024.
This year's two winning companies impressed with their multi-layered promotion of both the professional and personal skills of the trainees, the integration of additional programs such as sponsorships and tutoring opportunities by colleagues from their own company as well as other leisure and activity offers outside of training. The commitment of the Fraunhofer Institute for Organic Electronics, Electron Beam and Plasma Technology (FEP) also received special mention among the applicants. The award ceremony will take place on November 12-13, 2024 as part of the SIA's Filmic Impurities Conference in Bad Gögging. The next application phase for the CEC Training Award 2025 will start on December 2, 2024.
