The fischer group of companies, whose modular systems have inspired generations of young people with an interest in technology, is focusing on digitalization in its training. All 123 of the company's commercial and technical apprentices use Germany's largest learning app, simpleclub.
The learning app is used in all technical apprenticeships, e.g. mechatronics technicians, industrial mechanics, process technologists for metal, chemical laboratory technicians and chemical technicians. "It goes without saying that digitalization and artificial intelligence must play a major role in training today," says owner Prof. Klaus Fischer. Training manager Maren Klein supports her trainees individually. There is no standardized schedule. All trainees help to shape it. Individual learning involves different learning speeds and habits. With simpleclub, all of these needs can be met in a modern and effective way. The learning app forms the interface between theory and practice with short animations, explanatory videos and digital learning spaces. Different learning levels can be viewed and individual learning successes can be tracked and responded to. Trainees can generate online tests at any time and see where they are and where they still need to learn.
