The aim of quality assurance in industrial cleaning is to meet the requirements for the cleanliness of components from subsequent manufacturing processes, such as coating, bonding, welding or assembly. Coordinated solutions for the cleaning process and its monitoring are necessary to ensure stable and efficient component cleanliness.
With the two-day seminar on quality assurance in component cleaning from February 19-20, 2025 at Heilbronn University, the Fachverband industrielle Teilereinigung e.V. (FiT) is offering a high-quality training and qualification measure. Experienced application engineers will impart the knowledge required to ensure stable component cleanliness in theory and practice with a lecture section in the morning and a practical section in the afternoon. The seminar offers basic knowledge, guidelines and practical reports for stable component cleanliness through efficient quality control and optimized processes and plant technology. In the parallel practical sessions, experienced application engineers will present proven measuring devices and methods for monitoring the cleaning process and the effectiveness of cleaning mechanisms in small groups and provide solutions and guidelines for their practical and efficient use.
