With heat pump-based condensation dryers, customers can reduce their energy andCO2 consumption exorbitantly. The technology developed by drying system manufacturer Harter from southern Germany has been subsidized by the state in the D-A-CH region since 2017.
This drying process has been recognized as a sustainable technology. Thanks to the applications for subsidies that have been implemented to date, Harter now has verifiable figures on the actual savings achieved by its customers. These are up to 85% in terms of energy and up to 79% in terms ofCO2 values. With condensation drying, products and components are dried quickly and completely within short cycle times. Low temperatures protect the goods. The closed-air system is exhaust air-free and climate-independent. The integrated heat pump technology ensures maximum efficiency and absolute process reliability. Harter dryers are suitable for all types of systems such as rack dryers, drum and basket dryers as well as continuous processes. The technology is also used for drying pre-dewatered industrial sludge. Condensation drying with a heat pump is ecologically valuable and economically viable.
