Optimize cleaning processes, save chemicals

Optimize cleaning processes, save chemicals

In the new customer center of Borer Chemie AG, Zuchwil, tests can be carried out for the optimal coordination of cleaning chemicals and processes in the cleaning of cleanliness-sensitive products in many industries.

Borer Chemie AG opened its new customer center at its Swiss headquarters in Zuchwilat the end ofAugust. The prestigious new building of the company, which specializes in cleaning and disinfection media for professional applications in hospital hygiene, industry, laboratories and the pharmaceutical sector, houses modern office and seminar rooms as well as a large test center equipped with state-of-the-art technology. This includes various processes for water-based cleaning, a clean room and various solutions for monitoring cleaning results.

One of the equipment partners of Borer's new test center is the SBS Ecoclean Group. The globally active group of companies is thus not only expanding its partnership with the manufacturer of water-based cleaning chemicals, which plays a leading international role. The new test capacities at Borer also make it easier for customers and interested parties, especially those based in Switzerland, to carry out cleaning tests. This is because the previous costly and time-consuming customs formalities are no longer necessary.

Ultra-fine, precision and intermediate cleaning

Among other things, the test center houses a multi-stage ultrasonic fine cleaning system from UCM AG, the Group's division specializing in ultra-fine and precision cleaning. The flexible cleaning system, which is directly connected to a cleanroom, enables joint tests to be carried out to optimize the design of cleaning chemicals and processes. The focus is particularly on final cleaning applications in sectors such as medical technology, the watch and jewelry industry, optics, high-purity areas, precision engineering, microtechnology and the coating industry.

The EcoCwave from Ecoclean GmbH is another of the group's cleaning systems for chemical and process selection tests. It is mainly used for the coordination of intermediate and final cleaning steps in the above-mentioned and other industries, for example for precision parts from machine tool production.
