Reduced energy consumption starts with pre-treatment. Our pickling degreaser Slotoclean BEF 1790 can contribute to this. It has a particularly high inhibiting effect, reduces material removal and at the same time effectively reduces the hydrogen input into the base material. This in turn leads to a reduction in heat treatment steps.
Recognizing a critical hydrogen load in the material in good time is very important with regard to the use of energy and high process reliability at the same time. Monitoring requires test methods that deliver reproducible results in short periods of time. Together with IchemAnalytics, we have taken on this challenge. The result is a new type of test bench that enables reliable key figures and process monitoring in 60 - 120 seconds.

This cost-effective alternative to membrane systems has been proven in practice to reduce the amount of chemicals, nickel and energy required for coating and cooling.
Together with Slotopas ZNT 80 passivation and Slotofin GM 2450 sealant, this is the perfect trilogy in terms of corrosion protection and tribological properties. With the Slotofin GM 2450 sealant, Schlötter meets the new standards in the field of lubricant-containing sealants for fasteners. The Slotofin GM 2450 sealant meets the requirements set out in VW 01131 (multiple tightening) or MBN 10544 (hot release behavior), for example.
