Mit Wirkung zum 1. Mai 2022 wurde der Vorstand der CemeCon AG aufgrund des Wechsels von Toni Leyendecker in den Aufsichtsrat umstrukturiert. Das Unternehmen bleibt weiterhin in Familienbesitz. Seit der Gründung von CemeCon vor über 35 Jahren steht der Gründer, Inhaber und bis zuletzt Vorstandsvorsitzender Toni Leyendecker für den Innovationsgeist und die visionäre Kraft des Unternehmens.
